Hospital Principal Warder $1100 to $1500 by $100

Hospital Assistant Principal arder $700 to $850

by $50 annually.

Hospital arders $460 to $670 by $30 annually.

Hospital Varder Niamatullah, transferred from

the discipline staff, should receive by virtue of his

past service $520 per annum from 1.1.30 to 27.3.30.

and from 26.3.30 to/$550 per annum with further

increments on the anniversaries of these dates up

to the maximum of the scale.

SECTION 25.

Medical Department.

33. Dr. A.R. Wellington, Director of Hedical

Sanitary Services was appointed by the Secretary

of State on the maximum of the present scale" of

that post. He should therefore receive its

revised maximum.

Dr. D.J. Valentine, Medical Officer,

has applied to count his actual service in that

capacity towards increments under the present

revision. In view of the fact that the interim

revision of 1928 gave this officer practically no

immediate increase in salary we agree with his

application and recommend that he should receive

$1060 from the 1st of January, 1930, and £1100 from

the 14th of November, 1930.
